DLA FreemanWhite were invited to speak at the Health Estates & Facilities Management Association (HefmA) One Day Seminar in London on 17th March 2010. The first of the two 45 minute speaking slots was based on our tools and dashboards and was presented by Directors Duncan Sissons and Dave White. The synopsis is: "With the forecast cuts in healthcare expenditure, we are all experiencing continued pressures on targets and other Government Initiatives. How do you ensure you make informed data driven investment decisions and rapidly test multiple scenarios to optimise the outputs for every £ spend?"

The second of our presentations was based upon design and was presented by Jon Huddy. The synopsis is - "How operations driven design maximises the efficiency of the patient pathway, reduces cost (operational and construction), improves clinical outcomes and increases staff productivity."
