This award-winning project developed a long range strategic plan for this existing retirement community. The new masterplan, for this 225 acre site, reinvented the entire campus. New facilities included the creation of a cottage community, 60 unit apartment building, community building (with a range of facilities) and a 45 place memory support unit with individual resident households connected to a new Town Square.
