Mission Health System - Medical Office Building
This project consists of a new, six-story Medical Office Building (MOB) to be located on the corner of Biltmore Avenue and Victoria Drive in Asheville, NC. This project includes design and documentation for building core, shell and site work directly related to the MOB, including a drop-off canopy at the third floor grade entry. The design incorporates brick, metal panel and storefront/curtain wall glass systems. Levels one and two, which are partially below grade, are intended to be occupied by hospital functions while levels three through six will be multi-tenant floors.
The engineering systems, including planning for a future emergency generator for hospital floors, is being designed to be independent of the existing hospital central energy plant.
