Twin Lakes

 
The design for this scheme focused on integrating all facilities into a small urban area adjacent to a nearby town - thus allowing residents to make best use of all facilities. The overall design centres around the creation of two rotundas that provide easy access to services and amenities. In response to residents needs, the Eden Philosophy of care was integrated into the special care area of the site to provide a homely nurturing environment. The overall scheme includes 93 apartments, 125 cottages, 27 assisted living places, 16 special care beds, 20 nursing beds and a state of the art Wellness Centre.
