DLA FreemanWhite Appointed for the Chesterfield Eye Centre Redevelopment
DLA FreemanWhite, as part of an integrated team have been appointed for the development of the new Eye Centre at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
The project comprises the design and redevelopment of a new ophthalmic unit which will improve clinical services and facilities – something DLA FreemanWhite are able to provide through the use of our Interactive Modelling Tools which are a series of interactive dashboards and electronic forecasting tools used during the planning process. Whether the data is related to market forecasting, reimbursement analysis, engineering systems capacities, building costs, space programming forecasts, or a combination of these, the Dashboards are developed as customised, interactive, and readily accessible tools for our clients' planning committee(s). DLA FreemanWhite use these unique dashboard tools to understand demographic changes, patient use rates and overall demand to generate a high level capacity model showing the required clinical space by department.
DLA FreemanWhite will challenge the current departmental practices and design standards in order to provide a modern, lean and state of the art facility that will be the place of choice for perspective patients.
