DLA FreemanWhite invited back to speak at the National HefmA
'New Order New World' Conference

Following on from last years presentation at the HefmA conference held at the Magic Circle, London, DLA FreemanWhite have been invited to speak at the National HefmA Conference to be held in Torquay 9th-11th May 2011.

The synopsis of our talk is as follows:
The White Paper, Liberating the NHS has an NHS Outcomes Framework at the core to measure the overall performance of the NHS, it will act as a catalyst for driving up quality across all NHS Services. It is not a Performance Management tool but will give the public more locally relevant information about the quality of healthcare services provided.
Increasing consumer expectations will need to be met by individual NHS Trusts whilst at the same time working within much tighter Government lead financial constraints.
DLA FreemanWhite have produced a unique methodology of using interactive tools to allow instant modelling of process improvement using the Trust's own methods of operation and patient data.
A case study will be given using this within an acute setting and how this has produced savings to the Client body in terms of Capital Cost, Whole Life Cost, and most importantly improving patient outcomes. Brian Golding , Assistant Director of Estates and Facilities will be presenting with DLA FreemanWhite from the clients perspective.

Duncan Sissons and Jon Huddy, Directors of DLA FreemanWhite and Brian Golding will be presenting on 11th May at 11am.
